Company Wargaming.net opened an office in Copenhagen based on Hapti Studio. Co, which was previously owned by IO Interactive, and has recently been floating freely.
As part of Wargaming.net the Hapti team. Co will develop mobile games under the name Wargaming Copenhagen.
General Director Hapti.Co Rune Vendler noted that the support of Wargaming will give its employees resources and opportunities for new high-quality projects.
Wendler is a former employee of IO Interactive and Lionhead Games, where he participated in the creation of the titles of the Hitman, Kane and Lynch, Black and White and Fable series.
Hapti. Co specializes in the development of casual titles for mobile platforms, for example, Smoothie Swipe.
In addition, in 2012, the Danish studio created a browser-based MMO about GameGlobe pirates, but the project was closed at the beta testing stage.
