Awem Games, founded in Mogilev, known for the three-in-a-row Cradle of Empires, received a business development director. He became 32-year-old Timofey Fadeev, who was previously responsible for a similar area in the advertising startup BuzzGuru and the Chinese studio IGG, known for games such as Castle Clash and Lords Mobile.
Fadeev wrote about his appointment on Facebook, where he noted that he decided to return to game dev after a year of working at BuzzGuru. Despite the new place of work, Timofey will not change his location and will remain in Cyprus, where Awem founder and CEO Oleg Rogovenko also works now.
In conversation with App2Top.ru Fadeev said that he just wanted to stay in Cyprus and at the same time return to the gaming industry. He met Awem “on the island”.
I heard about Awem, looked at their projects, I really liked the quality and style with which the games were made. Then we met with the CFR of the company at a friendly lunch, talked and somehow in the process of communication realized that I fit perfectly for the interests of the company, and the company is just what I was looking for.

In the near future, Fadeev will also devote special attention to the studio’s new game — Puzzle Heart. “We place big bets on the project and are confident in its success,” Timofey notes.
