Japanese developer Hidetaka Suehiro, known for the adventure game D4: Dark Dreams Don’t Die, announced the launch of his own indie studio White Owls.
She is based in Osaka. The studio will develop video games, VR projects, as well as create books. As part of White Owls, Suehiro also wants to conduct art installations, events and lectures.
Despite the fact that information about the studio has appeared only now, Suehiro said on the official website that it has been working since the first of November last year. The slogan of the company: “From Osaka to YOU all over the world.”
Suehiro is the co–founder of the Japanese studio Access Games, which has worked on games of such series as Ace Combat and Devil May Cry. In 2015, Suehiro left the company, and then announced his temporary retirement from the industry for health reasons (the developer suffered from reactive hypoglycemia).
