The total number of downloads of the Talking Friends series of games on iOS and Android mobile platforms has reached 1 billion, according to developers from Outfit7.
The first game in the series – Talking Tom – debuted on mobile platforms in 2010. Since then, the studio has managed to release two dozen apps under the Talking Friends brand and expand the animal zoo to 14 creatures. The MAU of the project is currently 170 million, the DAU is 15 million.
The game itself resembles tamagotchi: you can stroke your pet, tickle, give milk and so on.
