Digital sales for October this year increased by 14%. The growth happened thanks to a series of AAA releases.
- The appearance of Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2, Mafia 3 and Gears of War 4 helped the console segment earn $628 million, which is 27% more than a year earlier.
- The premium segment of the PC market in October generated $592 million (78% growth) not only due to multiplatform titles, but also the success of Civilization VI.
- Games of the deep-fried segment of the PC market earned $1.5 billion in the second month of autumn. This is 4% more than in October last year.
- The social gaming market continues to slowly decrease. If in 2015 he earned $ 624 million in a month, then this year – $618 million.
