The Boom Beach project appeared in the Canadian store. The first reviewers have already dubbed the game “Clash of Clans on the beach”.

Boom Beach, indeed, in many aspects resembles the first Supercell mobile project. However, the Finnish developers, developing the mechanics of the original game, went much further than all those who cloned the mechanics of Clash of Clans.

One of the most important differences: less strategic freedom when attacking.

The base is now being built not on an abstract clearing in the forest, but on an island protected on three sides by rocks and tropics. Therefore, you can only attack from one side. And for the landing of troops – only a narrow strip of beach.

The second major difference from the original is the great relevance of the campaign. Conquered islands generate gold.

The third feature that seemed interesting to us: a change of setting while maintaining the same style. In fact, Supercell borrowed the pretentious military style from Jungle Heat, but the picture still looks plastic (in a good way).

The timing of the worldwide release of the project is not yet known.
