The Moscow-based company Nekki reported that today, on February 25, the total downloads of the Shadow Fight 2 mobile fighting game reached the figure of 50 million.
The game has gained the last 20 million in six months. Shadow Fight 2 went to the first 30 million announced by the company last August for almost a year – since September 2013.
We asked Sergey Babayev, Nekki’s Business Development Director, to comment on the new milestone:
When a few months ago I talked about the mark of 30 million Shadow Fight 2 users, I hoped that the march of the project would not stop there. This morning we have already recorded 50 million app installs on three key markets.Sergey Babaev
The distribution of installations is approximate as follows:
Google Play – 32.2 million;
- iOS – 18.3 million;
- Windows Phone – 0.4 million.
- Daily increase in installations:
Google Play – 80 thousand – 100 thousand;
- iOS – 40 thousand -50 thousand;
- Windows Phone – about 4 thousand.
- By the way, we recently launched on the Windows Store, there is an interesting dynamic there.
I think we will soon be able to report on the capture of the first million users on the WP platform.I can’t predict what other mark Shadow Fight 2 will reach.
Take, for example, 100 million – a very difficult task. But we have interesting plans to enter the Asian markets, we’ll see how it goes.Also on the topic:
