California-based mobile publisher Scopely has opened its first branch outside of America. The new office is located in Barcelona.
Scopely launched the work of the international office after raising $60 million in the investment round of the “C” series. Finance was provided by Revolution Growth.
“The Barcelona branch will become the center of growth and development of Scopely’s international activities,” said Javier Ferreira, President and Chief Operating Officer of the publishing house.
The audience of Scopely titles has 125 million players. The most famous titles of the publishing house are Walking Dead: Road to Survival and Temple Run: Treasure Hunters.
