Swedish mobile game developer MAG Interactive goes public. Trading in the company’s shares on the Nasdaq First North platform will start on December 8 this year.
Acceptance of applications from investors for studio securities has already begun and will last until December 7.
MAG Interactive may raise up to $68 million on the IPO.
According to Daniel Hasselberg, CEO of the company, MAG Interactive will direct the proceeds to further development.
This year, the studio bought for $ 9.7 Swedish developer FEO Media, specializing in educational and social games for mobile platforms.
