Kabam, an American-Chinese publisher and developer of free-to-play games, reported revenue of more than $360 million last year.
This is 100% more than in 2012.
And, indeed, the year was very successful for the company. In 2013 Kabam released:
- Fast & Furious 6: The Game, which was downloaded more than 17 million times in the first month of distribution alone
- The mobile version of his PC hit Dragons of Atlantis
- Clone Puzzle & Dragons – Puzzle Trooper
- Strong Middling Heroes of Camelot
And a number of other projects, both on mobile platforms and on social networks.
Last year, the company also continued its close cooperation with Warner Bros., received $38.5 million from venture funds and was valued at $700 million.
They say it’s worth waiting for Kabam’s IPO this year.
She started as a developer of sports web applications. She became widely known thanks to the hardcore time manager Kindoms of Camelot.
