The acquisition deal amounted to $90 million, according to VentureBeat.

Subsequently, it may grow by $30 million, depending on the future performance of the company’s products.

Kixeye specializes in mobile and desktop strategies. With its purchase, as mentioned above, the publisher gets the rights to the entire line of the company’s projects, including War Commander and Battle Pirates.

From the moment the deal closes on July 1, all current operations in the studio will come under the control of Stillfront. But the head of the Kixeye development team will continue to be Clayton Stark (Clayton Stark).

We are very excited about the merger with Stillfront. Combining portfolios and using our knowledge of the service model and innovative monetization will be an excellent formula for success.

Stillfront is convinced that buying a developer will have a beneficial effect on the publisher’s performance. For the same purpose, he has been actively acquiring gaming companies in recent years. Last year she became the owner of Imperia Online, and before that she bought Goodgame Studio and Coldwood Interactive, famous for Unravel.
