Another top manager left the creators of Angry Birds. Senior Vice President for Investor Relations and Relations Rauno Heinonen left his post at Rovio. He joined the company 7 months ago.

Why Heinonen decided to leave the gaming company is not specified.

Rovio hired Rauno Heinonen during the preparation for the IPO, as a result of which the company was valued at $1 billion on the market.

Recall that at the beginning of February this year, the head of the gaming direction and executive vice president of Rovio Wilhelm Taht (Wilhelm Taht) left the company.

A week before his departure, the company’s shares halved on the stock exchange.

Quotes fell after the forecast of a decline in revenues that Rovio expected to receive this year.

In turn, the company’s revenues decreased due to a decrease in revenue from licensing the Angry Birds brand and the insufficiently high performance of the last three titles of the studio.

Responding to the crisis, the board of Rovio decided to cut the salaries of the company’s owner Kai Hed and vice-chairman Mika Ihamuotila by 25%.
