The Irish indie studio WarDucks raised € 1.3 million in funding after the release of the VR shooter Sneaky Bears.

The main funds were provided by the British investment company Suir Valley Venture, specializing in investments in technology startups.

In addition to them, Enterprise Ireland and a number of private investors participated in the financing.

The investment will be used to develop the studio and promote their products around the world.

Sneaky Bears was originally released on Samsung Gear VR, later the developer ported an expanded and augmented version of the game to PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift.

A version for HTC Vive is currently being developed.
