The Australian studio Halfbrick, which created Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride, announced last night that it is now a publisher of mobile games.

The news is strange, since Halfbrick already announced its publishing ambitions a year ago. Recall that in September 2013, the studio announced its plans to finance and publish a casual simulator of the Band Stars music group from Six Foot Kid.

Now, apparently, everything is “very, very” official.

The second game published by the Australians will be a game in the genre of “three in a row” Birzzle Fever from the Korean studio Enfeel.

In Korea and Japan, the Birzzle brand has enjoyed some success. Various parts of the game were released in versions for Line and Kakao. Total IP downloads amounted to 7 million.
