It was reported that the Puzzle & Dragons game developer company created the GGF B.V. holding in the Netherlands last year.

The acquisition of some companies by others is not such a simple matter. These are the thoughts that suggest the reasons why GungHo established GGF B.V.

The fact is that 51% of the shares of Supercell were acquired by the authors of Puzzle & Dragons together with the parent company SoftBank through the intermediary corporation Kahon 3. And now, to gain direct control over the shares received, GungHo needed its own holding in the Netherlands. Whether GGF B.V. will be used for anything else is unclear.
