GSN Games, a company specializing in the development and publication of gambling mobile games, has acquired the Spanish studio Gamedonia.
The amount of the transaction is not reported. The order – whether we are talking about tens, hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars – is also unclear.
Gamedonia, which is now called GSN Games Barcelona, is developing a backend for games (multiplayer solutions, cloud saves, chats, etc.).

After its sale, the studio will no longer be engaged in external projects.
That is, it goes to work only with internal GSN products. Already now the company has started working on projects created in GSN Games India. Support for old clients, however, is planned.
For GSN, this is not the first purchase this year. This February, it became known about her acquisition of the British studio Plumbee.
