Mobile developer Glu Mobile has partnered with WWE to develop a game licensed by the WWE wrestling franchise.
At Glu Mobile, a team of developers of the Tap Sports Baseball game series is working on the project.
Under the terms of the deal, Glu will get access to all WWE superstars, including both current fighters like John Cena and Roman Raines, and retired wrestlers, for example, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Mobile games licensed by WWE are also created by Sega and Scopely.
Sega is currently testing the WWE Tap Mania buttler in a softlonch, and Scopely released three in a row with WWE Champions role-playing elements at the end of January this year.
