The French publisher and developer of mobile games Gameloft has opened a new internal studio – this time in Minsk, the capital of the Republic of Belarus.
“Next year we plan to expand the staff to 100 people who will work on the company’s iOS projects,” Ilya Kazakov, the company‘s PR manager, told us.
“The inclusion of other mobile operating systems is not excluded in the future, but for now we are focusing on iOS,” Ilya added.
In other words, the Minsk studio will be engaged primarily in the production of games. Recall that the work of the Moscow office of Gameloft is focused on advertising and marketing.
As can be understood from the company’s advertising, employees of the new studio will also be able to work on games for virtual reality systems and Apple TV.
