This week, the Trello manager is waiting for the biggest update. The enterprise version of Trello Enterprise will have 13 new features. At the same time, teams that use the free version of Trello will be limited to 10 open boards.

Note that single users can still create any number of boards for themselves. Restrictions are imposed only on teams.

There are no such restrictions for Enterprise and Business Class users. On the contrary, the Trello team will expand the functionality of these versions. They already have built-in task automation for any number of teams thanks to the Butler tool. In the basic version of Trello, this tool was also launched, but in a stripped-down form. It occupies one upgrade slot out of three available to free customers.

In addition, a number of functions will be added to Trello Enterprise:

  • new board visibility option — “Organization” — for safer content sharing;
  • managing public boards;
  • managing improvements;
  • user management, including the ability to filter them by the date of the last activity on the site;
  • the ability to restrict the creation and deletion of the board, inviting the user to the team;
  • the ability to limit attachments; etc.

Recall that Trello is a popular project manager using the Kanban management methodology. It is free for teams of up to 15 people. The premium version costs $8 per person.
