Shadow Fight 3 has started successfully. Mobile fighting game from Nekki and Banzai Games has been downloaded 6 million times in 7 days since its release. At the same time , the DAU of the project is 2 million.

As told in an interview with App2Top.ru Nikita Korzhavin, Business Development Director of Nekki, most of the active players now come from Google Play – 1.5 million. The remaining 0.5 million DAU are iOS.

The game is also very good for a young product online. There are 120 thousand players in the project at a time and this figure is growing.

As for retention, at the end of the first day it is 60%.

The developers also highlight that Shadow Fight 3 topped the game download chart on iPhone in 41 countries, on iPad – in 105 countries, and on Android – in 29 countries.

It’s too early to talk about the cash success of the project. A day ago, on November 22, the game was in the Top 100 by revenue in 27 regions on the iPhone, in 11 countries on the iPad and in 8 countries on Android.

The project was developed for about 3 years. After launching on mobile, the team plans to transfer it to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Windows.

The key difference between the new product and the previous part is the transition to 3d and new monetization.

In Shadow Fight 3, in addition to skills, the equipment that the user receives from chests and boosters is very important for progress. Monetization is based on the latter.

By analogy with Clash Royale, the player receives chests for defeating the fighters of other users. They are opened either on a timer, or immediately for a hard currency. Boosters are large sets of equipment that are sold for hard currency.
