While there is a debate on the web about whether Nintendo should go to mobile, and if necessary, in what capacity, Activision has announced the imminent appearance of one of the most popular mobile franchises on 3DS.

The project, whose American release is scheduled for March 25, 2014, is called Cut the Rope: Triple Treat and is an almost verbatim port of the original game and its two add-ons (Cut the Rope: Experiments and Cut the Rope: Time Travel).

The key difference between Triple Treat and the mobile versions of the series is the three-dimensional model of Am-Nyama on the top screen of the 3DS. It does not carry a “semantic meaning”.
