You have to take risks and innovate, otherwise there will be no value in your work, and people will find it in another project. But mistakes can drown you, so you need to respond to problems quickly. In short, it's a bit like walking on a tightrope.

Solomon believes that although failures in working on AAA titles harm developers, but running away from any potential risks can bring no less problems in the long run. Both large and small studios should be prepared for difficulties and be able to learn from negative experiences.
