Six months after the release of Brawl Stars from Supercell, its installations reached 100 million. During the same time, the game earned $275 million in the App Store and Google Play.
The rate of earnings of Brawl Stars continues to fall. The bar for the monthly income of the game dropped to $ 37.5 million. The title, as before, fails to reach the heights of two other Supercell projects — Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. Brawl Stars’ income for six months is 64% of Clash Royale’s earnings for the same period after the release of the latter.
However, Sensor Tower analysts remind that Brawl Stars is doing well for a completely new IP. At the same time, Clash Royale was based on Clash of Clans and already had a large fanbase by the release.
Also note that Brawl Stars has not yet entered the Chinese market, so its income could be much more. In China, the game is planned to be launched before the end of the year.
As for the distribution of Brawl Stars’ revenue by country: South Korea has become the largest market for it. There she earned 22% of income, that is, $ 61 million. This is followed by the USA, which is responsible for 19% of Brawl Stars’ revenue. Two months ago, the situation was exactly the opposite: users from the United States invested more in the game than players from South Korea.
Recall that in the first quarter of the year, Brawl Stars generated 35% of Supercell’s revenue on iOS and Android.
