Bohemia Interactive has one less studio. The developer DayZ liquidated the office in Bratislava (the capital of Slovakia).

The company announced this on its Twitter account today. She promises to tell all the details about the closure of the studio later. So far, we only know that it was “a general decision of the management (Bohemia Interactive) and the studio’s leads.”

It is not known how many employees lost their jobs. It is also not said what projects the studio was working on at the time of closure.

Bohemia Interactive assured that work on DayZ will continue as planned. This year, its authors will focus on fixing bugs, debugging and improving the gameplay. However, the changes will affect the release schedule of updates.

Bohemia Interactive is a Czech video game developer. He still has offices in three Czech cities, including Prague, as well as Amsterdam and Pattaya. The company is also known for the ARMA game series.
