As part of the popularization of its mobile Internet, VimpelCom decided to hold a mobile games festival in 19 cities of Russia, the main feature of which will be the Asphalt 8 and World of Tanks Blitz tournaments.
The operator is going to hold competitions with honey players right on the streets. The first “battles” will be held on June 12 in Krasnoyarsk and Nizhny Novgorod between users who have applied for participation.
In connection with the event, we had a little chat with Tatiana Korneva, Head of the Integrated Communications Department of Beeline.
Tatiana, it is clear that the campaign is aimed at popularizing Beeline, does the company expect any specific effect from the campaign, what exactly?
Our goal is to give gamers the opportunity to experience, test the quality and speed of our mobile Internet; to give them the freedom to play their favorite games on their smartphones and tablets wherever they want, without being tied to the home Internet, WiFi or computer.
From the experience of your cooperation with Nekki, we know that Beeline is open to offers, but what types of cooperation are you now ready to consider when working with mobile game developers?
The work is being carried out in several directions: we are ready to hold joint online and offline tournaments, integrate into games, provide players (Beeline customers) with additional advantages in the game, hold joint events interesting to this audience. It all depends on the capabilities of the partners.
