The size of apps on the App Store is growing. Recently released Baldure‘s Gate weighs 1.7 GB. One issue of Edge or Cosmopolitan magazine is slightly smaller – about 1 GB. Space ceases to be enough even for users of the 64 GB version of the iPad. Apple has offered a way out.
Yesterday we wrote about rumors according to which the Apple company is going to release the iPad 4 with an increased amount of memory soon. It was assumed that they would appear in the spring or summer, simultaneously with the announcement of the iPhone 5 S. But spring came earlier.
A couple of hours ago, Apple announced that on February 5, fourth-generation iPad tablets with 128 GB “on board” will go on sale in the US and in the UK. The cost of the updated “tablet” with Wi–Fi will be $799, and with Wi–Fi + Cellular – $929.
Now it will be possible to download more. iPad owners with less memory have to bite their elbows.
