The French publisher of hyper-casual games has launched a “daughter” on the territory of Ukraine. The new studio is based in Kharkiv and is built on the basis of the local h8games team.
Helix Jump
Prior to the deal, h8games worked with Voodoo as a third-party developer for a year and a half.
Together they launched four projects. The most famous of them is Helix Jump, whose total downloads have reached 500 million. This is a quarter of all cumulative Voodoo installations.
Unofficially, Voodoo’s plans have been known for several months. The company has started publishing vacancies in the Ukrainian office since June. However, only yesterday, August 14, representatives of Voodoo in an interview with App2Top.ru officially confirmed the launch of the unit.
The studio is still actively looking for employees. In particular, the Kharkiv office requires: Unity developer, publishing manager and creative director.
