About working conditions in gaming companies

It is considered that the working conditions in the CIS gaming industry are good relative to other niches, if you do not take into account IT. Gaming companies, as a rule, consistently pay a white salary, which is much higher than the average level in the region, in some studios it is even pegged to the dollar. Also, fines are not common here, and HR tasks are not limited to finding and registering employees.

Among the advantages that employees in many other areas are deprived of, it is also important to note a flexible schedule. Plus, employees of gaming companies can often count on compensation for food and additional education, and they work on modern equipment provided by the employer.

Nevertheless, as in any niche, there is a regular turnover of personnel. As a result of the survey, we want to find out what is primarily responsible for the rotation taking place in game development. At the same time, it will allow you to answer whether the industry participants really consider the conditions prevailing in game development to be good.
