The French from Ubisoft announced the imminent release of Rayman Adventures, a new mobile project about an eccentric big-nosed hero.
Unlike Rayman Jungle Run and Rayman Fiesta Run, the game will not be a runner, but a platformer. Accordingly, for the company itself, Rayman Adventures is a new series within the existing IP.
At the same time, the developers decided not to abandon the style of Rayman Origins, which appeared on consoles back in 2011 (and which has been used in every game about Rayman since then), as well as its sources. Of course, we do not undertake to state unequivocally that the art was not redrawn at all, but, let’s just say, both animations and locations did not seem to have changed.
It is still difficult to draw conclusions about the mechanics of the project. At the moment, it is only known that players will receive eggs for completing levels, from which Reiman’s friends will hatch. Does their presence mean the appearance of a slot element in the game? It’s quite possible, but right now it’s nothing more than our guess.
The exact release date of the game has not yet been announced by UbiSoft, but it says that soon.
