Microsoft has released the second mobile strategy game under the Age of Empires franchise.
As in the case of the Age of Empires: Castle Siege game released last year on Windows Phone, the novelty, named Age of Empires: World Domination, is the ideological heir of Clash of Clans.
But there were nuances. The fact is that the Japanese KLab is working on the game. Therefore, the novelty, currently being part of a soft lunch in a number of Asian stores, is not devoid of oriental flavor. And it’s not just about art, but also about the introduction of role-playing and card elements, a new combat system, as well as an autoboy to it, implying a reduction in the role of the skill.
It is unclear when the official launch of the project will take place. Now it can be downloaded from iOS if, for example, you have a Japanese account on the App Store. By the way, there the project has already entered the Top 50 in terms of downloads in the strategy genre and almost entered the Top 100 strategies in terms of revenue.
