The advantage in PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is not for sale. The creators of the online hit assured that all paid content in the game will remain represented by cosmetic items that do not affect the balance.
This was told by the leading game designer and head of the PUBG Corp. division. Bluehole Studios Chang Han Kim (Changhan Kim) at the G-Star Global Game Exhibition.
“As you already know, we are not adding any paid content that could affect the gameplay,” Chang Han said.
He noted that developers generally take the game balance very seriously when they replenish the arsenal with new weapons.
According to Kim, gamers have a request for more cosmetic items. They will be added after the official launch of the game in December this year.
