The developer of the adventure game Life Is Strange — Dotnod Entertainment studio — announced 3 million copies of the game sold and work on the sequel.

“We started working on the continuation of Life Is Strange since the release of the box version in January last year, and we will soon share with you the details of the new game,” the creators promised in a short video message to fans.

5 episodes of Life Is Strange were released from January to October 2015. The plot tells about a young girl Maxine Caulfield, whose life is invaded by mystical events.

Recall that the publisher of Life Is Strange, the Japanese company Square Enix, yesterday abandoned another project with an episodic content delivery system: the HITMAN series and its developer studio Io-Interactive.
