Indian mobile developer Nukebox Studios earned $500 thousand in 45 days thanks to Food Truck Chef, a time manager inspired by the hit Cooking Fever of the Lithuanian studio Nordcurrent.
According to the head of Nukebox Studios, Amit Hardi, 15 failed game projects preceded the success.
The studio spent 18 months creating Food Truck Chef.
In the first 10 days, the title was downloaded more than 3 million times and it rose to first place in the ratings of the best casual games for iOS and Android in the United States and 100 other countries.
