Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Origins action adventure sold twice as well in the first 10 days after its release as its predecessor, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said that the release of Assassin’s Creed Origins confirms the “return of the franchise.”
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was released in 2015. According to the Vgchartz resource on September 16, 2017, sales of the game on all platforms in retail and Steam amounted to 5.3 million copies.
