Game Dev-edition 80.lv drew attention to the graphic editor Pyxel Edit, designed to create pixel art, sprite animation and work with tiles.

The tool allows you to build two-dimensional levels from tile elements, edit and animate tiles, as well as transfer ready-made landscapes from the editor to a game project.

Pyxel Edit works on Windows and Mac platforms.

The program costs $9, but for familiarization, you can download a free version with limited functionality.
