Beijing-based Chukong Technologies has announced that its Cocos2d-X engine now fully supports Facebook solutions and tools.
This means that studios can now quickly port their games developed on Cocos2d-X to the social network’s web platform, as well as add the full range of Facebook functions to mobile versions of products, Venturebeat reports.
At the moment, Unity also has similar support.
Among the companies supporting Chukong solutions, the most famous is Big Fish. Fairway Solitaire and Big Fish Casino are built on Cocos2d-JS, a Javascript version of the engine.
