White Nights organizers cancel Barcelona Summit, but Announce Online Platform for Game Dev

The company announced this today in its appeal:

“The world is changing at lightning speed. However, it has already changed while you were reading the news about COVID-19 and deciding whether it is still safe to fly on vacation or on a business trip. The gaming industry will also have to change. It’s time to take a new approach to finding partners, making deals and networking. Now we all have a reason to review our work processes and improve their efficiency.Despite the cancellation of many events, we hoped for the best until the last.

However, in light of the circumstances, we are forced to take a difficult step for us.Unfortunately, the White Nights CEO Summit Barcelona will not take place in 2020.

The safety of the participants is an absolute priority for us. We are stopping the sale of tickets for the event and starting to refund money for those already purchased. We will also do our best to help our partners cancel hotel reservations without penalties.At the same time, we are announcing a new service — WN Hub, a communication platform for the gaming industry.
