The success of Puzzle & Dragons has made GungHo one of the richest gaming companies in the world. DeNA, Gree and Zynga can only bite their elbows, looking at the financial performance of a competitor.

The card battler with Match-3 elements continues to conquer the world. We have already told you that 12 million users play it in Japan alone, that it earns up to $86 million a month, and also that with its help GungHo is going to conquer the Nintendo DS market.

And now, along with the news about the release of the English version of Puzzle & Dragons on Google Play, it became known: the value of the company’s shares on the Osaka securities Exchange jumped by 15% and amounted to a crazy $ 9 billion.

For comparison, DeNA is worth $4.3 billion, GREE is worth $3 billion, and Zynga is worth $2.6 billion. Yes, GungHo is comparable to Mitsubishi Motors or Sharp in terms of capitalization. Not bad for a mobile developer, right?
