Dankolab is a mobile developer with ten years of experience.
He has more than 100 projects on his account for iOS and Android platforms, including titles such as Interior Story and “TNTmania“. Now the company is looking for an art director.
Responsibilities:
- development of stylistics for new products, close interaction with the production team;
- training of leading specialists, drawing up guides;
- participation in the formation of the team, point connection to the evaluation of candidates (internal and external);
- participation in the development of the team of artists (identification of the strengths of leading artists, transfer of expertise);
- assessment of the level of graphics and unity of style in the project. Developing ideas for improvement, implementing them with the help of a team;
- performing complex, unique tasks in your expert field.
Requirements:

ZiMAD is an international company that creates games for mobile platforms, social networks and PC.
She is known for such projects as Magic Jigsaw Puzzles, Dig Out!, Magic Cross Stitch and Dominoes Online.
In connection with the expansion, ZiMAD is looking for a game designer.
Responsibilities:
- development of game features;
- improving balance, game mechanics, monetization;
- drafting of concept documents and diz. docks;
- support for the implementation of features, communication with the team;
- interaction with related departments (designers, programmers);
- testing of implemented features;
- development of A-B tests to test hypotheses;
- analysis of the results of new mechanics;
- tracking competitors’ apps and searching for potentially interesting features among games of different genres.
Requirements:
- experience working on games that have reached release and released in the App Store or Google Play;
- knowledge and understanding of game metrics (DAU, ARPPU, Retention, etc.);
- ability to work with analytical data;
- English (Upper Intermediate).
Dig out!Developer on Unreal Engine in Joy Way
Joy Way is a developer and publisher specializing in creating VR games for Oculus, SteamVR, PSVR and Viveport platforms.
The studio’s key project is the VR adventure STRIDE.
The studio is looking for an Unreal Engine developer to join its team to work on a network game.
Responsibilities:
- development and design of architecture in a network game (for example, various firearms with the use of prediction and lag compensation).
Requirements:
- experience in developing network code in multiplayer games;
- understanding the work of variable replication and RPC, roles and principles of data exchange in Unreal Engine;
- knowledge of C++ at a confident level;
- programming experience of at least 3 years;
- experience in the gaming industry and a desire to make games;
- knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation;
- the ability to clearly express thoughts on existing developments and ideas;
- systemic thinking, a high degree of self-organization and the ability to self-study.
