Responsibilities:
- creating game concepts;
- creating game interfaces;
- creating characters and locations;
- creating game textures.
Requirements:
- understanding what modern computer games are and the desire to create them;
- mandatory ability to draw with your hands;
- ability to work with a graphics tablet;
- creative thinking;
- knowledge of anatomy, color, perspective construction;
- excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;

User Aquisition Specialist at Next Games (Helsinki)
Finnish recruitment agency Games Factory Talent is looking for a specialist to attract users to the Helsinki office of Next Games. Salary from — €2500.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring and analyzing mobile user acquisition campaigns;
- evaluate key performance metrics and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets;
- independently manage budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media planning, efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance;
- analyze and report performance KPIs. Work closely with the BI team to ensure sophisticated data analysis support;
- build, maintain and enhance Next Games relationships with mobile UA partners;
- select, onboard and evaluate new mobile UA partners;
- work closely with the Marketing Design team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance.
Requirements:
