Project Lead Designer, G5 Entertainment AB (Moscow, Kaliningrad, Kharkiv, Lviv)
The developer and publisher of G5 games has opened a vacancy for an experienced game designer. The responsibilities of the Project Lead Designer will include managing a team of game designers, developing concepts of game mechanics and their implementation, as well as creating and adjusting the game balance. A specialist should be able to work with a game analytics system. The company offers a full social package, a flexible schedule and a democratic atmosphere in the team.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience as a game designer;
- at least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry;
- experience in managing a design team;
- availability of released game projects;
- solid knowledge of mathematical analysis and probability theory;
- a good understanding of the principles and processes of creating mobile free-play games;
- confident knowledge of MS Excel;
- knowledge of the free-play games market and the main global industry trends;
- knowledge of the basic metrics of game analytics;
- knowledge of English at level B2 and above.

Art vacancy of the week:
Art Manager, Social Quantum (Saint Petersburg | Moscow | Kiev)
Russian mobile game developer Social Quantum offers a leading position to a strong artist. The art manager (the so-called open position) will have to organize the effective work of a team of artists, supervise the full cycle of creating game art, develop the artistic style of the project and control the quality of graphics. Leading artists with at least 3 years of experience are considered. The ideal candidate is promised VMI (including dentistry), compensation for sports and English language costs, as well as assistance with relocation. You can work remotely, but only in agreement with the manager.
Requirements:
- experience as a Leading artist | Art Manager for at least 3 years;
- knowledge and mastery of modern graphic technologies;
- availability of a portfolio of released game projects;
- experience in managing a team of art direction specialists;
- knowledge of the full cycle of game project development;
- tracking trends in the mobile and computer games market;
- good artistic taste, mastery of different styles, a sense of composition, shape, lighting and color;
- developed communication skills.

HR vacancy of the week:
HR Manager, devtodev (Perm, Ivanovo)
devtodev, an analytical platform for game developers, is looking for someone who will help her look for cool specialists, as well as take care of existing employees. The HR manager expects both recruiting and optimization of the existing talent management system. The specialist will be responsible for the qualitative implementation of the main HR processes in the company: adaptation of new employees, support for setting goals, conducting feedback sessions, training, development and retention of employees, support for changes.

Requirements:
- work experience of at least 2 years as an HR manager (search, adaptation, development, evaluation, employee retention, compensation system, motivational climate management, etc.);
