The Pixel Gun 3d mobile shooter development team is looking for an experienced game designer with good mathematical training and experience in operating released projects to develop the game economy and monetize current and future projects (PvP, freeplay).

Responsibilities:

• collecting and analyzing game statistics in order to improve the main KPIs of the project;
• evaluating the effectiveness of mechanics and in-game events;
• formation and testing of hypotheses / identification of vulnerabilities in the game;
• A/B tests and analysis of results;
• elaboration and implementation of changes in the economy based on the results of statistical analysis;
• calculating game balance/economy for mechanics and in-game events;
• interaction with the analytics department and project developers.

Requirements:

• experience in operating released projects;
• deep understanding of the principles of game economy balance;
• knowledge of the principles and current trends of monetization of fritupley projects;
• knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
• advanced ownership of Google Sheets;
• knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs of game projects;
• deep understanding of the psychology and behavior of the player.
