Narrative vacancy of the week:
Game writer, Nevosoft (Saint Petersburg)
There is a great opportunity for an experienced screenwriter or publicist to join the Nevosoft team as a game writer.
The guys offer remote cooperation (you can work wherever it is convenient for you), official registration under a service agreement, decent remuneration (a fixed amount per 1000 characters: the more you write short stories, the more you get!) and the opportunity to splash out all your creativity in a new, unusual genre!
An employee is being sought for the Last Hope Line project. This is a text quest in which the player assumes the role of an anonymous help service operator.

What our future colleague needs:
- portfolio: resumes will not be considered without it;
- writing/screenwriting experience;
- ability to comply with agreed deadlines and write stories in accordance with the requirements set;
- understanding the “interactive novel” genre;

Game design vacancy of the week:
Senior Game Designer, HeroCraft (Kaliningrad)
Last year was wonderful for HeroCraft – it turned out to increase revenue more than twice compared to last year thanks to the launch and development of several key products of the company. Also, the HeroCraft company’s project – Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf received a well–deserved award in the Best Desktop Game nomination at DevGAMM Minsk 2017, – Mikhail Kuzmin shared this in the 2017 results for App2Top.
HeroCraft invites a senior game designer to join its team. The guys offer a variety of interesting tasks, salaries from ₽50 thousand to ₽100 thousand, bonuses are also possible based on the financial results of the project.
The main tasks of the future employee will be writing gdd/TK for the introduction of new features and game elements and correcting old ones, calculating and implementing changes to the game balance and economy, analyzing product statistics and participating in the preparation of product development plans.
Requirements:
- experience as a game designer on freeplay games (balance, systems, mechanics, economics) from 2 years;
- experience with mobile products;
- ability to structure and present information;
- ability to think logically and justify your arguments;
- analytical skills, experience working with statistical collection systems;
- understanding Android/iOS at the advanced user level;
- English language proficiency at least Pre-Intermediate level;
- great gaming experience in mobile freeplay games;
- higher education.
Additional advantages will be:
- availability of game products released on the market;
- experience of direct work with programmers, setting tasks, writing technical specifications;
- achievements in game design and product monetization.
Marketing-vacancy of the week:
Leading Traffic Manager, Social Quantum (Saint Petersburg, Moscow)
One of the most popular vacancies of last year and, I would venture to assume, this year too is a marketer with experience in purchasing traffic for mobile applications and strong analytics.
Social Quantum also needs this. The future employee in the company will have to coordinate the work of the user acquisition team, engage in the purchase of mobile traffic – launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns, manage relations with advertising channels and interact with analysts and designers.
The company provides relocation assistance to candidates from other cities. The guys also offer a well-equipped workplace, modern equipment and a comfortable office. The salary is discussed individually with each candidate and is determined based on the results of the interview.
Requirements:
- team management experience in game development or top mobile companies;
- ability to work with large amounts of data and make decisions based on them;
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or analogs;
- the skill of conducting negotiations in the style of win-win;
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level and above (reading documentation, correspondence with partners);
- the ability to understand the technical details of setting up advertising and analytical systems.
