An excellent opportunity for career development in marketing is opened by the Moscow studio and creator of the PixelGun 3D shooter (one of the highest-grossing mobile FPS in the world). Cubic Games is looking for a specialist who is ready to lead the marketing direction of the company. Its functions include the formation of the entire department and subsequent management. You will have to help in the search, hiring and training of employees.

The marketing director will take over the systematization of the process of purchasing traffic, building relationships with advertising platforms, supporting the launch of new developer projects, including soft launchies.

The guys promise to work with a cool product and new releases of the company in different genres and settings. The Marketing Director will directly influence key decisions on the project and interact directly with the studio management.

Salary — up to 350,000 rubles.

Requirements:

  • experience in finding new partners and ways to attract an audience to the company’s projects;
  • ability to interact with the development team to improve metrics;
  • experience in establishing work with analysts, setting correct tasks and the ability to control the process until the result is obtained;

Analytical vacancy of the week:

System Analyst, UseTech (Moscow)

A custom software developer and a company that is engaged in testing and IT consulting, begins the search for a system analyst. Being engaged in the development of cross-platform mobile applications, UseTech is interested in candidates from game Dev.

In the company, a new specialist is waiting for: preparation of functional / technical specifications, consultations of developers and testers. He will also train the main users in new functionality and analyze errors in the operation of the service platform.

The guys from UseTech offer training and certification at the expense of the company and opportunities for professional and career growth. The salary is expected to be competitive.

Requirements:

  • experience as a system analyst – from 2 years;
  • confident skills in writing technical documentation;
  • understanding the principles of client-server interaction;
  • understanding the principles of web services (soap, rest);
  • experience in designing UI and Desktop applications;
  • experience working with databases and good knowledge of SQL.

Design vacancy of the week:

Motion Designer, Banzai Games (Moscow)

A participant in the development of the Shadow Fight and Vector series, Banzai Games company, is waiting for a Motion Designer in its ranks. He needs help in creating and editing video interviews and reports, promo videos, screensavers, presentations and game compilations. You will need to create motion graphics using Adobe Premiere, animation and video compositing, work in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and render photorealistic and stylized images. Experience in developing scenarios will not be superfluous.

Work – in a modern office from 10:00 to 19:00.

Banzai Games considers specialists of different professional levels for the position. A test task is provided.

Requirements:

  • experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop (other relevant software packages are welcome, the specified ones are prioritized), ownership of plugins;
  • video editing skills, knowledge of basic techniques, taste;
  • required — a link to the portfolio in the resume (resumes without a portfolio are not considered);
  • understanding the principles of advertising video;
  • knowledge of composition construction techniques;
  • good light and texture skills;
  • competent keying;
  • high level of involvement and responsibility for the results of their work;
  • the ability to find a common language with people of a technical mindset.
