Rostec State Corporation is interested in video games. She is considering the possibility of developing a game based on the art project “Fighting Monsters”, in which military equipment is depicted in the image of fantastic animals. According to the company, this way it will be able to promote important values for Russia.

This is the second company that can create a Russian engine. In the summer, Rostec announced similar plans. However, he clarified that he was working on a “software product of a wide range of applications”, and estimated the development at 5-6 billion rubles.

Rostec State Corporation issued a statement in which it stressed that the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation did not refuse to finance the engine, but offered to “work out the issue of allocating a grant” with RFRIT.

The ministry stated that they had no authority to dispose of the funds of the Rosinfokominvest fund, and Rostec wanted to receive them. In addition, the state corporation did not provide clear justifications for the project.
