The market value of Kalshi reached $40 billion following a new round of financing

The American prediction platform Kalshi has raised $1 billion in an investment round. Its market value is now estimated at $40 billion, which is an 82% increase compared to May 2026 during the previous round.

In Spain, Polymarket has also been blocked, and Kalshi has come under restrictions as well

Spain has joined the list of regions where the prediction platforms Polymarket and Kalshi no longer operate. The country’s Ministry of Consumer Affairs decided to impose restrictions on them due to the lack of a license to organize gambling activities.
