The management of Keywords Studios has approved the sale of the company for £2.1 billion

Game outsourcer Keywords Studios has agreed to become part of the investment firm EQT Group. It will join EQT Group’s subsidiary, called Bidco.

EQT Group has made an offer to buy Keywords Studios. Following this, the company’s shares surged by 62%.

Swedish investment firm EQT Group wants to buy the gaming outsourcing company Keywords Studios. Recently, it sent Keywords Studios a preliminary purchase proposal, valuing the company at £2 billion or approximately $2.5 billion.
