The MAU of the Finnish game Clash of Clans on iPhone has grown 3 times since September last year, and in January -February Temple Run 2 and Plants Vs. Zombies showed good growth, Onavo Insight reports.

As part of its monthly review of “winners and losers” in the mobile application market, Onavo shared data on the dynamics of MAU of leading projects. The American base of Onavo iPhone users was taken for 100%. The statistics included a user who launched a certain application at least once a month.

According to the data presented, the number of users playing Clash of Clans has grown in six months from 1% to almost 3%. Recall that five months ago, the company announced that it earns $ 500 thousand a day from two projects. A little later, information appeared about the growth of daily revenue to $ 1- 1.3 million.

By the way, on the pages of Techcrunch, with reference to GREE, they write that top cash applications now earn four times more than a year ago. In the summer, in their opinion, one team could earn up to $2 million a day.

Returning to the Onavo report. Judging by the figures presented, Temple Run 2 quite successfully entered the market in January. The game not only ate part of the audience of the first part, but also, in general, returned interest in the franchise (I wonder what share, in turn, Temple Run: Oz ate off this pie).

The sharp rise of MAU in Plants Vs. Zombies was facilitated by the game’s feature as a Free App of The Week. Recall that Apple practices the following: it places a paid and widely known application in one of its storefronts for a week as a free application. Of course, such promotion is consistent with the developers. Now, for example, the free app of the week is Angry Birds from Rovio. More recently, without paying a single ruble, you could download Infinite Warrior

According to Onavo, Castle Age HD from Phoenix Age performed well last month. But the monthly indicators of the Ruzzle puzzle, on the contrary, slowly went down.
