CD Projekt management has new problems. One of the Polish investors offered to sue the company. He accused the studio of criminally misrepresenting information about Cyberpunk 2077.

The initiator of the case was Mikołaj Orzechowski, a Warsaw lawyer and investor of CD Projekt. In his opinion, the studio’s management violated article 286 of the Polish Criminal Code on misleading in order to obtain financial benefits.

Orzhekhovsky noted that he was forced to file a lawsuit by “recent events” around Cyberpunk 2077. For example, he was not satisfied with the removal of the game from sale in the PS Store, after which the company’s shares immediately sank by 20% in a day.

Orzechowski also invited other CD Projekt investors to join him to file a class action. Whether someone agreed to his proposal is unknown.
