Applications in Google Play will be checked by a “team of experts” before publication. This is reported in the official blog of the company.
Google emphasizes that the innovations will not entail significant differences in the publishing process. The check will take no more than a few hours, says Google Play Development Director Purnima Kochikar. Violators will be caught in the early stages.
The company notes that the process will be completely transparent, and developers will be able to immediately find out why they rejected the application and make the necessary changes.
Up to this point, the verification of applications in Google Play was carried out automatically, thanks to which the publishing process was simplified, especially compared to the same in the App Store.
